This process can be broadly sub classified into following stages:
The paint on your car is constantly under attack from several contaminants like Tar, Brake Dust, Tree Sap, Rain deposits etc. These contaminants may contain metal particulates that can penetrate the clear coat to attack the paint below. These contaminants then oxidize, and they allow rust to spread. When we ‘wet sand,’ we are carefully shaving off a microscopic layer of a paint surface using abrasive sandpapers/pads and water. We do this in order to leave a ‘flat,’ mirror-like surface, completely free of imperfections and with unparalleled gloss levels.
Polishing is a broad term for a range of processes designed to either remove or mask sub-surface paint defects and greatly enhance surface gloss in readiness for coating.
Preparation is the key to achieving amazing car care results. No matter how many coats of it you apply, you will not achieve a perfect finish unless you spend time preparing your paint properly
After Detailing work grease and wax got adhered to the car surface. Before coating the car, it is thoroughly degreased with the appropriate degreasing agents for the final finish.
After you've finished all of your prep work, either start ceramic coating the vehicle right immediately or keep it safely locked up in a garage, away from precipitation, airborne contamination, curious felines, and hatchet-wielding kids.
When you're ready to start coating, make sure all surfaces you're going to ceramic coat are as close to room temperature as feasible. Most ceramic coatings work best when they're applied to a clean surface that's around 70 degrees Fahrenheit and in a low-humidity atmosphere.
Tuck one end of the supplied suede cloth into the side slit and wrap it tightly around the application sponge. This will prevent the fabric from coming off during application and prevent folds and creases from forming in the material.
Shake the bottle of ceramic coating vigorously before splattering 6–10 droplets throughout the cloth's surface. Because the amount of product required varies depending on the area being coated, keeping the fabric moist at all times is critical to ensuring that it glides smoothly across the surface.
Always work in steady side-to-side or up-and-down motions as you swipe the ceramic coating infused suede cloth across the surface. Concentrate on one portion of a body panel at a time until the entire door, hood, bumper, fender and other body panels have been ceramic coated.
When you've done coating an entire panel, set it aside for 1–5 minutes, keeping in mind the temperature range. After this period has passed, you can move on to the last buffing phase.

The final step in the ceramic coating application procedure is polishing away any residue that may be present on the surface. This is when the Byoxx microfiber cloth comes in handy, as it will remove the residue without harming the surface.
As a nano ceramic coating begins to harden, excess coating gets forced to the surface, which creates a rainbow effect, almost like when you mix oil and water. The hotter the air is, the faster it will occur.
The minute you see that rainbow begin to form, lightly buff the coated area with a clean Byoxx microfiber towel until that rainbow appearance has been wiped away. Just be sure to move quickly, because if you wait too long your ceramic coating is going to get super hard and difficult to buff.
Allow at least 1–2 hours for drying once you've correctly ceramic coated and buffed the entire vehicle. Then, if you think another round of ceramic coating is necessary, go through the whole process again.
Except if you are working in a temperature controlled area, you will see that nano ceramic coating curing time will always differ. Humidity, heat, wind, and other ambient air considerations will all affect how a ceramic coating hardens, so always stay patient.
Fast Tip: Letting the vehicle indoors for atleast 48 hours increases the durability of ceramic coating. Use Professional Infrared Curing Lights to speed up the curing process.
